With commanding business acumen, a strong background in technology, stellar customer service, and tenacious negotiation skills, Rachael does the heavy lifting for her clients, making transactions effortless. Also a devoted community member, Rachael spends much of her time volunteering and giving back. She currently serves on two boards, the Santa Barbara Lacrosse Association Board and the Bel Air Knolls Board. In addition, she co-chairs the Santa Barbara High School MAD Academy Gala and Auction as well as the Teacher’s Fund silent auction.

Rachael’s hobbies include traveling—meeting folks from various cultures, customs, and traditions (and sampling local cuisine). She is an accomplished amateur chef, an organic gardener, and a lifetime athlete. Rachael can be found tackling the challenges of fitness boot camps, running, hot yoga, surfing, and hip-hop dancing. She lives in both, Sydney, Australia and Santa Barbara with her two strong girls, Sophia and Claire. Jason, the grey tabby also comes for the ride (however, not to Sydney). Rachael’s warmth and vivacity create a sense of home wherever she goes.
